Well, I was for a very special treat from Trader Joe’s. Some Barramundi Filets from Thailand. Me wanting to test my culinary skills, I wanted to try something different from salmon, catfish, as well as flounder. That being said, I sautéed the filets in olive oil along with a tablespoon of butter to enhance the flavour of the fish-it paid off quite well. I also chopped some cloves of garlic and some green onion to taste. The picture alone is self-explanatory. Along with a side of low-fat mac-n-cheese (gotta protect my gains, muscle, that is), it was very delicious to say the least.
Only thing missing was a chilled glass of wine, again, I gotta watch the gains.
