Being a chef by trade, it has a lot of benefits to say the least. Long story short, I made some macaroni and cheese with chopped broccoli crowns in it!

One box of Kroger elbow macaroni
3 pouches of Velveeta cheese sauce
Chopped broccoli crowns rinsed off
One cup of any shredded cheese of your choice

Preheat oven to 350
Bring pasta to a boil
Mix sauce in pasta in two oiled 8″ square pans
Add broccoli crowns
Even everything out
Spread cheese over top of pasta
Place pan in oven for 20-30 minutes
Wait about ten minutes to cool off

Serves 6-9 people
