Three multi grain pancakes, and a darn good omelette! While the flapjacks are self explanatory, the omelette I can break down in these simple steps:

Two brown eggs
Two chopped cloves of fresh garlic
1/8 cup chopped green onion
1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8-10 pieces of sliced turkey polish sausage
One or two pinches of spinach (both the meat and the spinach already cooked, if possible, it’s optional)
Stir in a small bowl
Pour on a heated skillet
Flip over once or twice
Enjoy!
